1. Black Bean Avocado Brownies
Normally I'm not a huge chocolate person but when I do crave something chocolate-y, I want brownies. I came across this recipe and I was too intrigued not to try and now, I'm hooked! Trust me on this one, you just need to try it for yourself to see how incredibly delicious they are. As a bonus, they're gluten free and can be easily made vegan with a swap of the egg for a chia egg- give them a try and let me know what you think!
2. The Darjeeling Limited Luggage
Wes Anderson fans rejoice! If you're anything like me you love Wes Anderson's stylistic films and if you've seen the Darjeeling Limited, you definitely remember the luggage. Well, that Louis Vuitton by Marc Jacobs luggage was never created to be sold so in come the knockoffs. While knockoffs aren't always my steez, I can't help but love these as well as the other Wes Anderson inspired goods on the Very Troubled Child site. Check it out!
