White on White and a D'Andrea Handbags Giveaway!
Traipsing around a park dressed in white and rocking pink hair - just a typical Saturday, right?! LOL
I learned that doing this on a busy sunny day is going to draw a bit of attention. It seems even a year and a half into this, I still feel a little odd having people around when James and I are taking blog photos. We usually try to tuck away somewhere a little secluded but this day was not the case. I think people were not really focussed on my hair (because really, this pink was pretty subtle and even then, it's not majorly shocking to see candy colored hair these days), but it is a little weird to see a girl in heels in a park having her photos taken. I'd probably stop and stare too. #bloggerproblems
As a side note - if you're going to rock some hair chalk for a fun colored look be wary of white! Thankfully my chalk washes out really easily but as soon as these photos were taken my hair was pinned back up to avoid getting pink on my white jacket!
What do you think of the pink hair? I was majorly digging it and loved it so much that I grabbed a few other colours to try too. Stay tuned for a hair chalk review coming soon but I'm thinking now I might want to make the pastel change a little more permanent! Stay tuned to see if I'm brave enough!
