It's that time of year again.... time for gift guides! Over the past few years the way I've bought gifts has changed immensely. Through this blog I've been so fortunate to get to know and meet so many incredible small business owners, many who have fabulous ETSY shops! So, as often as I can I like to try to support small Canadian shops so for my first Gift Guide of the season, I thought I'd start with my ETSY Canada gift guide. There are SO many incredible Canadian ETSY shops with some amazing pieces but here are a few of my favourites - and if I've missed any of yours, let me know in the comments below - I'm always looking for new shops on ETSY!

1. A Gift For Everyone - Letter Board Co

I LOVE the idea of gifting a letter board for the holidays. It's a gift that's fabulous for pretty much anyone on your list! Super cute for students or teens, expecting parents, your partner, business owners or anyone who's tough to buy for on your list - a letter board could be a fabulous gift choice! I ordered the 10 x 10 grey felt board from Letter Board Co based out of PEI and I'm obsessed! Grey or black is a great choice and the 10 x 10 is great as a gift because it's the perfect size for getting in a long message but also small enough that the recipient can use it almost anywhere. (See how I've incorporated mine into our front entry holiday decor?). OR, if you're looking for a more unique board, Letter Board Co also has pink (YES! Pink!) boards and uniquely shaped boards such as these hexagon ones too! SO many options!

2. For The Coffee or Tea Enthusiast

A good mug is always a great gift idea! Pair it with the recipients' favourite tea, coffee or hot cocoa and it's a fabulous gift! There are SO many great mug options out there on ETSY but I'm partial to this pretty pink roses coffee mug from Senay Studio, based in Toronto. The floral would be so perfect for the floral loving person on your list. Senay Studio also has lots of other great watercolor nature and floral inspired mugs, pillows and artwork that are so pretty! I can't wait for my mug to arrive!

3. For the Netflix Addict - Nexflix & Burn Candle

We all love a good Netflix binge session, don't we? So when I saw this Netflix & Burn Candle from Montreal's Raveyne, I knew I NEEDED this candle! Not only is the name hilarious and the packaging beautiful but this candle also smells amazing! Another favourite from Raveyne is this West candle - I love the amber colored glass and it too smells amazing - stay tuned as this one might be making another appearance on the blog shortly! ;)

4. For the Design Enthusiast - YEG Woodworks Magnetic Print Hanger

For the modern or minimalist design lover on your list, these magnetic print hangers from Edmonton's own YEG Woodworks are a really great and totally affordable gift option. The walnut wood is so on trend and these hanging print holders are great for anyone who likes to make a statement with their art. Pair with a poster or print and the gift is even better! I also adore these little acoustic speakers that you can take with you, they'd also be a fabulous gift for that person who's tough to buy for on your list!

5. For the Organizer - Wrinkle and Crease 2018 Planner

I adore Calgary's Wrinkle and Crease for all things paper goods. I also adore a good planner and Wrinkle and Crease's is both beautiful and totally functional. A planner is a perfect gift for the busy bee on your list who needs to keep organized. Pick your choice of white or black!

6. For the Beyonce Fan - Sleigh Card

If you're looking for a card for the pop culture enthusiast on your list, look no further than Ontario's Marg Warg. I cannot wait to get my Sleigh card for my Beyonce loving bestie but there are so many other great celebrity cards that are hilarious and just perfect for the holidays!

7. For the Fashionista - Modern Grid Phone Case

I love modern and minimal tech accessories and this grid cell phone case from Toronto's Ideal Crafts fits the bill perfectly. Cell phone cases are great affordable gifts for anyone from your coworker to your bestie. My other fave? This marble laptop cover - yes please!!

8. The Perfect Stocking Stuffer - Catchall Wooden Tray

If there's one home accessory I can never have enough of it's small catchall trays. They're perfect for coins, keys, rings, cuff links, bobby pins and more! Great as a stocking stuffer for him or her, I love this bamboo dish from Toronto's Hook & Stem Co. Or, if you're looking for something a little bigger, check out their gorgeous mid-century modern inspired plant stands - SWOON!

9. The Perfect Gift For Any Gal - Minimalist Gold Earrings

If you're looking for a sweet and simple, stylish and modern gift for any lady on your shopping list look no further than these beauties from British Columbia's SHOPEVREN. SHOPEVREN has the most beautiful modern jewellery pieces - I'm also loving this delicate friendship necklace, so sweet!

10. For Your Bestie - Delicate Gold Necklace

Last on my list is another delicate piece of jewellery I adore from Edmonton's own Elsie Grey. I love delicate layering pieces such as this one and this would be a beautiful gift for your bestie, your mother, sister, co-worker, whoever! And while you're at it, why not pick up these tassel earrings for yourself for holiday party season? I'm obsessed!
