Summer Essentials with Clearly

My big tote- perfect to take me from meetings at a coffee shop to shopping at the farmers market, a bottle of water to keep me hydrated and cool, my SPF for face, lips and body (as I get older and wiser, I am ALL about sun care) and a stylish pair of sunnies from Clearly to protect my eyes from UV rays and keep me looking cute!! ;)
Believe it or not, for years I never wore sunglasses. It's funny really when I look back but for the longest time I felt I couldn't find frames that looked right on my face. Really, I was just needing to experiment with different frames until I found the styles that were right for me. I now never leave home without my shades. I find I have really sensitive eyes and bright light is not my friend so for driving and running around I am never without my favourite pair of shades. The most recent addition to my ever growing collection of Clearly frames were these Kam Dhillon tortoise shell frames. For myself I tend to prefer frames that are classic and can be worn with pretty much anything. I don't always have time to match my frames to my outfit so a pair like these are PERFECT because they literally go well with everything! Tortoise shell is classic and the shape is one that I think is pretty much universally flattering. TBH, there's a very good chance I'll be ordering these frames in black too for that very reason! Hey when you find something you love, stick with it, am I right?! haha
From running around to and from meetings, driving to run errands, coffee visits with friends and of course stopping amongst the lilacs for a blog photo or two ;) I carry these glasses with me everywhere in their protective case (the importance of carrying your glasses in a case is a lesson I've learned too many times! haha).
