The Easiest Appie Ever

Hey everyone, I hope you had a fabulous Christmas! It's been so great to take a bit of time and unwind but today I want to share a super simple, totally delicious and only 3 ingredient appetizer that would be perfect for any post holiday get together. With New Year's coming up, this would make a perfect appie to serve or bring to a party! You only need 3 ingredients to make this yummy appie - pastry dough (I buy mine premade, in the frozen section of your grocery store), brie & cranberry sauce. 

Begin by preheating the oven to 375

Take two sheets of defrosted pastry dough and cut into approx 3" squares (don't worry too much about this, they don't need to be perfect!). Your two sheets should yield about 12 appetizers.

Place the pastry squares into the muffin tins then place a 1" (approx) cube of brie into the bottom of each pastry. Top with approx 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce then bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges of the pastries are browned. 

So simple, so yummy and would be so perfect for ringing in the New Year, don't you think?
