Park Picks: 01.25.19
Hello friends and happy friday! Last week’s Park Picks post was delayed due to a slipped rib that took me totally out of commission for a few days. Last week was a bit of a rough one with a bout of food poisoning, an allergic reaction to a new skincare product that had my face red, itchy and swollen for a few days and then the slipped rib to finish it off! lol I’m hoping that I just got all of the shitty things out of the way in one week so that moving forward things will be smooth sailing for the next little while! haha
Now that I’m on the mend (thanks to a lot of chiro and massage), let’s get right to my picks for the week!
I love a good IKEA hack and Apartment Therapy has pulled together their favourites from 2018. If you have any projects planned for the year maybe you’ll find some budget friendly inspo in this round up post. I especially love the light fixture and paper roller hacks - what about you?
I love artwork that has a little extra personality or quirkiness to it and this print from Society 6 caught my eye when I was searching for some affordable artwork for a recent Kresswell project. Would you put something this ‘risque’ in your own home?
Last week on IG I shared a bit of love for Edmonton’s own Feel Good Syrup and I just had to share it here too. I have been LOVING adding this syrup to my daily routine. It tastes delicious and I swear it’s what’s kept me from getting the cold that everyone around me has had over the past few weeks. Elderberries are definitely a trendy superfood right now but it’s not hard to understand why learn more here.

Okay - I am OBSESSED with this show! This show has been recommended to me a few times and I’m not sure why it took me so long to get around to watching it but once I started I couldn’t stop and binged both seasons in an embarrassingly short amount of time. This show had me laughing out loud and had me instantly hooked. I HIGHLY recommend! Watch the trailer here!

Since selecting this faucet for #theduchessonthedrive kitchen renovation project I have been so in love with the Brizo Litze faucets! (So in love in fact we sourced the bar faucet for another upcoming Kresswell Interiors project!) We’ve received a lot of questions about this faucet since sharing the reveal so today I thought I’d shine a spotlight on this stunner! Who’d have thought one day I’d be drooling over a faucet?! haha
