Park Picks 09.07.18
It's the first #ParkPicks of September and I am definitely feeling all the fall vibes these days. I love September because it feels like a fresh start, like a mini new year almost. Even as an adult I get the same feeling I'd get starting a new school year - I love it! Anyways, without further ado, let's get into this week's picks...
This custom shelf by Forge and Fell
For #TheOliverEscape project with Kresswell Interiors we reached out to Edmonton's Forge and Fell to create a custom shelf for us when we couldn't find what we were looking for. We were so pumped with how this turned out - doesn't it look amazing?!
As soon as it starts feeling like fall I get the urge to make soup! Soups are some of my go to meals because I love a healthy recipe I can make in big batches to have throughout the week. I'll definitely be making this recipe again!
My bestie (who happens to be an incredible cook) recently started a fabulous foodie instagram account. I might be a bit biased (she is my best friend after all) but this is a great account if you're interested in getting inspiration for new recipes. Tiffiney tries out lots of different recipes, shares how they look, how the recipe was and gives a little review. If you're looking for some meal inspo definitely check it out!
This pledge that supports #EndBullying programs across Canada
ICYMI last week I shared a post that was very near and dear to me. If you have an extra two minutes in your day, I'd love if you'd sign the #EndBullying pledge and TELUS will donate $1 per signature to #EndBullying programs for youth. Giving back has never been simpler!
